Honest is a #family #dog, a #beautiful blend of #Pittie and #Labrador #Retriever, a balance of two great breeds. His detailed owner surrender speaks of a dog that grew up with a baby and together grew into best friends. He lived with cats and under the right conditions socialized with some dog friends. Honest was surrendered due to a move by his family and is now in a fight for his life. The NYCACC has listed him to be destroyed tomorrow, he SAFERED as a dog who would do best with No Small Children and an experienced home. A teenager in his home would bring over loud friends and this caused him to be fearful of strangers. Please share, advocate, and pledge for this dog that has more assets than most, yet still needs some socialization and fine tuning.
